Delivery Policy

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

Delivery Time

For overseas orders, We have an estimated delivery time of 7-10 business days for the goods to arrive at our dispatch location in Nairobi, Kenya. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Local-stock orders are usually same-day delivery in most areas within Nairobi unless stated otherwise. Additional delivery charges apply depending on location. Courier service charges apply to orders delivered to other towns country-wide.

Please note additional shipping charges apply for items shipped from dispatch Centre in Nairobi to the customers home/office address and will be billed to the customer, alternatively, customer can collect their order during regular business hours.

For overseas orders, Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort and have so far succeeded to fulfill your orders within 15 business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.

All items have Free shipping eligibility unless mentioned otherwise. Shipping fees might apply for some custom orders.

All items ordered from overseas on our website are all Customs & Duty fees inclusive. No Hidden or Extra Costs on arrival of the goods to our dispatch location in Nairobi, Kenya.
